Obituary
Ronald Schock, 74, Spiritwood Lake, ND died Sunday October 7, 2018 in Sanford Health in Bismarck, ND.
Ron was born July 29, 1944 at Streeter, ND the son of August Schock and Lydia (Meisch) Schock. He attended the local school in Streeter and grew to manhood in the vicinity where he helped on the family farm. He learned the trade of carpentry, building and remodeling.
He and Leah Clark were married August 30, 1991. They shared a true and everlasting love and were inseparable until he passed. Ron had his own construction business until 2002 when disability forced him to retire. Following his retirement he continued reside at Spiritwood Lake.
Ron was gentle, kind and thoughtful and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Surviving are his wife Leah, Spiritwood Lake, ND; his son Wade (Ronda) Schock, Forman, ND; his daughter, LaDonna (Ryan) Hammond, Valley City, ND; his sister Carol (Ervin) Barnick, Commerce City, CO; 2 brothers, Colin (Nancy) Magee, Jamestown, ND; Steve (Steve Wellman) Magee, Chicago, IL
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Charles and sister Sylvia Hoffer.

We are so sorry to hear of Ronnie's passing. Peace and love to Leah, as she was closest to him in the end. As a child I remember Ronnie as a happy man. He was always giving and helping to anyone who may have needed it. Ronnie and myself were 14 yrs. apart in age. I remember him trying to teach me to drive with a clutch. He couldn't understand why I took so long to figure it out. It's one of my fond memories of him. He was a good man and he will be missed. Rest In Peace, Ronnie Love, Stevie
