I met and worked with Verna at the NDSH. Such a wonderful woman. I left Jamestown many years ago, and whenever I'd go back to Jamestown and run into (not literally ), Verna would always stop and visit. Prayers and sympathy to the family.

What a privilege it was to have known such a lovely lady. Always so full of joy and kind to everyone she met. Truly a heart of gold. She will be missed.
