I have worked with Ardella for the last few years. I looked forward to our weekly visits, and enjoyed getting to spend time with her! I love looking through these photos and getting a glimpse into the life she told me so much about. She was a very special person, and I will miss her so much. I am so grateful for the time I got to spend with her. She loved telling me about the trips she’d take in the camper, food she’d share, and time she’d spend with family. Rodney and family are in my thoughts while you grieve this wonderful lady!

I remember her gardening she gave me the idea when I got older to have beautiful flowers around my house and vegetable gardens as well. I’m proud of her for instilling that into me. I’m always happy that she has inspired me. She was fun to be around and I really enjoyed her laugh it was contagious. Her and Rodney were a wonderful couple to be around they showed what real love was all about. That moved onto her children and grandchildren. She gave them that as a gift from God. She was my aunt as my father was Leo Buchholz who passed a few years ago. I will forever miss her, but we will meet again soon in heaven.

Love all of the pictures! Ardella and Rodney are very special to Gary and I. They were the “back door” neighbors as Gary cut his teeth on his ministry.Between her and Rodneys dedication to Martin Luther they kept things in tip top shape! We love calling them on Christmas Eve. Of course we will never forget Ardella great German food. She will be missed by all who knew her. She will always hold a special place in our hearts. Love to the entire Buchholz family. May Gods peace sustain you during this time of mourning.

Aunt Ardella was a second Mom to me especially after my Mom passed away. Each year, no matter what, we would send birthday cards to each other as my Mom and her did that and when my Mom passed away, I took over the birthday card to Ardella, sure gonna miss that! Many memories with the Buchholz family, camping, fishing, my Dad playing organ or accordion and dancing in our little living room. So many memories, I could go on and on but, I will hold them close to my heart and will miss you dearly, Aunt Ardella.

Aunt Ardella always made me feel welcome at their home. Her cheese buttons were very much anticipated at family reunions. Her family meant everything to her. Rest in peace Aunt Ardella ❤️
