Gerald Lippert

Gerald Ruben Lippert, a dedicated and self-taught electrician and esteemed owner of Jerry's Electrical Repair in Jamestown for 46 years, passed away on January 6, 2026. Born on July 2, 1938, to Jacob Lippert and Frieda Rohrback, Gerald’s life was marked by his commitment to his craft and community.

Gerald was united in marriage to Marjorie Lippert on January 1, 1959, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Jamestown, ND. Together, they shared a partnership rooted in love and steadfast support, enduring through the years.

As an automotive electrical repair specialist, Gerald was renowned for his skill, reliability, and the personal care he bestowed upon his customers. His self-taught expertise and entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Jerry's Electrical Repair, which served the Jamestown community with distinction for nearly half a century.

He will be remembered by his loving wife, Marjorie Lippert, who stood by his side through all seasons of life. Gerald’s legacy is carried forward in the hearts of those who knew him and in the enduring reputation of his longstanding business.
