Gust's Family, I'm the granddaughter of Adam Lingert's half-brother Christ Lang. My sister and I visited Leah and Gust. For a few years we correponded at Christmas. My deepest sympathies to the Wanner family from the staff of the Germans from Russia Heritage Collection, NDSU Libraries, Fargo. We were truly blessed for Gustav Wanner to be a Narrator for GRHC's Dakota Memories Oral History Project. We have lost a great son of Germans from Russia immigrants from the Glueckstal District villages of South Russia to the Wishek area.
