My grandmother Lorraine was a special person to all of us. My earliest memories of her were teaching me to tie my shoe laces; bringing my sister, Lori, and I a live bunny at Easter when we were very young; and the bee-hive hairdo. I recall how she held our son, Graham, in her lap just a few days after his birth and called him her 'little Tweety Bird'. She will be greatly missed but never far from our memories.

I am so sorry to hear of Lorraine's passing. I got to know her when she moved into the apartment across the hall from me. There were many times she invited me in to her apartment, we had some great conversations and got to know each other well. She was so easy to get to know. I am sure she will be greatly missed by many who knew her. Patti George Minot,N.D.

We are saddened by the loss of Aunt Lorraine! Our visits to North Dakota always included a stop at either Jamestown or Carrington to visit her and we always enjoyed the time we spent with her. Our condolences to all of Aunt Lorraine's family.
