Obituary

Ronnie Werth, 63, Wishek, ND, died Monday morning December 29, 2014 at Eventide in Jamestown, ND.

Ronald G. Werth was born November 12, 1951 at Gackle, ND, the son of John Werth and Martha (Lang) Werth. He received his elementary education in Lehr, graduating from the Lehr High School in 1970. He then attended Hanson Mechanical Trade School in Fargo, ND graduating in 1971. He began working for Wishek Steel Manufacturing.

He and Betty Eiseman were married July 3, 1975 at St. Lukes Lutheran Church in Wishek. They made their home in Wishek. He continued to work at Wishek Steel Manufacturing and has been an active squad member of the Wishek Ambulance Squad from 1987-2003 and remained a close friend to the squad leader, Jo Vilhauer. Ron also helped out at the Theater in Wishek and enjoyed cutting corn with the Rohweder's.

He was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Lehr, ND, enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife Betty, Wishek, ND; 1 daughter, Angela, Wishek, ND; the joy of Ron's life, his granddaughter, Grace Marie; 1 sister, Myrna (Ed) Quiring, Caldwell, ID.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral Service - 1:30 PM Sunday January 4, 2015 at the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Lehr, ND with Pastor Robert Forbes, officiating.

Interment - Lehr Cemetery, Lehr, ND

Visitation - 1:00 - 7:00 PM Saturday @ the funeral home in Wishek

Have been keeping up on Ronnie's condition through Margaret Miller, so sorry to hear that he lost the fight. Grew up with Ronnie and Myrna Mae in Lehr played at our grandmas' Miller and Werth many times. Prayers for his wife
