My thoughts are very much with you all! I remember many a Friday evening of fun, food and fellowship in your home! I also remember Sunday morning meetings together! Thank you for your part in my personal heritage! We rejoice for Vernon, but we also think of you left behind. With love, Gwen

Vernon was a good man and I have many great memories of time spent with your family. Thinking of you all at this time and rejoicing with you that Vernon has taken his final faithful step.

You have all been in my thoughts a great deal recently as you have been going through this experience. I have many special memories of Uncle Vernon, especially during the times when we would come out to the farm to visit. Uncle Vernon always had a twinkle in his eyes, and a ready sense of humor for us Ward kids.
