Gary Dick, 59, Jamestown, ND, died Monday morning, July 6, 2015 at Ave Maria Village in Jamestown, ND.
Gary Dick was born July 22, 1955 at Devils Lake, ND, the son of Samuel Dick and Alice (Janzen) Dick. He received his education Munich and graduated from High School. He moved to Jamestown where he worked for Scherbenske's and Everett's as a heavy Equipment operator.
He and Sally Doll were married August 31, 1985 at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church in Napoleon, ND. They made their home in Jamestown until 1989 when they moved to Ypsilanti, ND. Recently he entered Ave Maria Village in Jamestown.
He was a member of the Basilica of St. James and the Eagles Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards and spending time with his friends and family and grilling out on weekends.
He is survived by his wife, Sally, Ypsilanti, ND; his children, Corey Doll (LaDena Widmer)Ypsilanti, ND; Neal Dick (Ashley Carlson), Jamestown, ND; Mackenzie Dick, Ypsilanti, ND; Brady Dick, Montpelier, ND; and Savanna Dick, Ypsilanti, ND; 2 grandchildren, Holly and Brayden Dick; 6 brothers and 5 sisters, Ronald (Darlene) Dick, Munich, ND; Helen (Richard) Barta, Macanna, ND; Robert (Judy) Dick, CO; Kenny (Dagmar) Dick, Germany; Debbie (Nels) Nelson, OR; Jenny (Larry) Milton, CA; Verlin Dick, MN; Beverly Fox, MN; Dennis (Kathy) Dick, NE; Joyce Dick, Hawaii; Tom (Jan) Dick, Gardner, ND and many nieces and nephews. His in-laws, George (Lynda) Doll, Mandan, ND, Tony (Cindy) Doll, Napoleon, ND, Rose Geffre, Napoleon, ND, Angie Gerving, Napoleon, ND, Clarence (Cindy) Doll, Mandan , ND.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 daughter, Samantha Rose, father-in-law, Wendelin Doll.
