Mabel Klose

March 30, 1941 - September 24, 2015

Obituary

Our loving Wife, Mother. Grandma, Great-grandma and Friend, Mabel Reese Klose got her wings on Thursday, September 24th 2015. She would hate for us to make this a typical, sad obituary, so instead it will be about her and all the love she gave and received during her lifetime.

She was born on March 30th 1941, was raised in a Catholic orphanage with a brother and sister and later went to a foster home in Foreman, ND. This may have contributed to the reason she was such a compassionate and caring person.

She married the handsome Wallace "Wally" Klose on November 26th 1960 and together they raised 4 children Barry, Bonnie, Brenda (Husband B.J) and B.J. (Wife Alena.) The pride and joy of her life were her grandchildren Bradley, Tim, Jennifer, Tiffany, C.J., Shaelee, Garrett, Jesse, Dylan, Elly, Desirae, Skyler, Emilee, Abigail, Makayla, Madison and her great-grandchildren Daimen, Brady, Ryan, Daunte, Raeleigh and Journey. Her 4 brothers, Richard, Frank, Bill and George and 1 sister, Janet, were a very important part of her life, as were her family and numerous friends, near and far. You can't talk about her without mentioning how GREAT a cook she was. Her biscuits and gravy were legendary. She cooked at the hospital for many years and even made the hospital food yummy!!! Mom loved her funny little "Grandma" sweatshirts, soft and silly pajama pants, hummingbirds and Christmas music. If you weren't a fan of Christmas music than you couldn't really hang around the house between Thanksgiving and Christmas!!!
She loved her family with her heart and soul. We do not know how to go on without her because that is ONE thing she did not teach us.

There will be a funeral vigil on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at 7:00 pm at K&L Mortuary in Twin Bridges, MT

A Funeral mass will be on Friday, October 2, 2015 at 10 am at St Mary's Church in Laurin, MT.

We would love for everyone to attend a Celebration of her Life on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 2 pm at the Twin Bridges School Multipurpose Room with a potluck to follow at the lunchroom. Mom's favorite color was blue, baby blue and we would love anyone that attends to wear baby blue. Please bring a story about her with you.

The burial will be at 2:00 PM Monday October 5, 2015 at the Calvary Cemetery in Jamestown, ND.

Mom may be gone from our sight, but never, ever from our hearts and minds. Mom we love you to the moon and back.

To the family of Mabel Klose, I'm very sorry about the loss of your loved one. I wanted to share the scriptural hope that gave me so much comfort when I lost my mother. I hope it will help you also. The Bible shows that God did not intend for humans to suffer, grow old and die. (Romans 5:12). It also calls death an enemy. (1 Corinthians 15:26). God promises to remove death forever. (Isaiah 25:8). He also promises to soon restore the earth and humans to his original purpose for them. Then he will resurrect our loved ones onto a cleansed, paradise earth where we can welcome them back. (John 5:28,29; Psalm 37:10,11,29). Please visit jw.org to find satisfying answers from the Bible, free of charge. I truly am sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Susan Novak
