Esther Dockter passed away peacefully at White Pines Assisted Living in Cottage Grove, MN on June 11, 2016.
Esther was born May 29, 1926 in Lehr, ND to Michael and Mathilda Tarnasky. She married August Dockter on October 24, 1947 and they farmed near Streeter, ND, until they moved to Jamestown and later to Fargo where they raised their family.
She is survived by 4 children, Rodney Dockter (Barbara), Glenn Dockter (Gayle), Cottage Grove, MN, Charlette Dasovich (Michael), Wheat Ridge, CO, Jeffery Dockter (Dawn), Oakdale, MN, 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren, 3 brothers Rueben Tarnasky, Fargo, ND, Marvin Tarnasky, Bismarck, ND, Elmer Tarnasky (Adeline), Fargo, ND,1 sister, Idella Tarnasky, Wishek, ND.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, August Dockter, 1 brother Walter Tarnasky.
