Donna McDonald, 86, Jamestown, ND died Saturday September 24, 2016 at Ave Maria Village in Jamestown, ND.

Donna Kiner was born June 2, 1930 at Fargo, ND, the daughter of Card and Margaret (Faye) Kiner. She attended elementary school in Fargo until moving to Jamestown and graduating from Jamestown High School in 1948.

Donna and Clarence McDonald were married April 5, 1949 at Jamestown, ND. They made their home in Jamestown where she worked at One Hour Martinizing and the ND State Hospital in housekeeping until her retirement in 1996. They moved to Wimbledon. Following the death of her husband December 21, 2005 she continue to reside in Wimbledon until entering Rock of Ages in 2013 and Ave Maria Village in 2014.

She was a member of the Basilica of St. James in Jamestown

She is survived by 2 children, David (Jackie) McDonald, Jamestown, ND; Susan (Joel) Larson, Hampden, ME, 9 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 1 son William, 1 daughter Kathy, 3 children in infancy, and 1 sister, Betty Bauer.

There will be services at a later date.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Donna. She was a great neighbor and friend while we lived in Wimbledon. My children will always remember her as she baby sat them from the time they were born. They loved Mac and Donna. Pat, Tammy, Allison, Amber and Trey Windish
