Zachary Dakota

Zachary Taylor Redden, 24, Fargo, ND died Thursday August 24, 2017 in Fargo, ND.

Zachary was born April 5, 1993 at Minot, ND the son of Don Redden and Tanja (Rath) McMillan. He received his elementary education in Wimbledon, ND. He then attended Jamestown High School and Fargo South High School. He attended NDSCS and NDSU in Fargo for a few years. He worked at various jobs in the Fargo area.

Zach had a very big heart and always gave a helping hand to everybody in need. He loved spending time with his family and friends. In his free time he loved playing his video games and hanging out. He started playing violin when he was young and became a very accomplished musician.

He is survived by his daughter Elli Redden, his mother, Tanja McMillan, Jamestown, ND; his father, Donald (Jan) Redden Jr., Fergus Falls, MN; siblings; Tre’ Redden, Devon Redden, Kody McMillan, Tia McMillan and Raycin McMillan, step-sisters, Kaylee Ridler and Morgan Schwindt; his paternal grandmother, Susan Rookstool ; maternal grandmother, Sharri Barstad-Patzer, step-grandmothers, Karen Rath and Shirley McMillan; his special friend, Xaina, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his step-father, Scott McMillan; paternal and maternal grandfathers, Don and Leonard; and maternal great grandparents.

Funeral Service - 10:30 AM Thursday, August 31, 2017 in the First United Methodist Church in Jamestown, ND with Rev. Elmo Herman, pastor officiating

Visitation - 1 hour before services at the Church.
