Grandpa- I am going to miss you everyday! I Will cherish so many memories and can't wait to share them all with my children. Our road trip to Canada, two trips to Panama, the time we ran out of gas on our way to Texas ( pre-cell phone) ( thank you Jon for saving us,) 😅..... All the spiritual encouragement. The many years of being pen- pals......( I've saved every letter). I love you so much Grandpa! I am so blessed to have gotten to be your grand- daughter. I will miss you handing out suckers to the kids, your famous quotes " Remain Calm" , your extra noticeable voice singing hymns at church, your familiar place dozing in the chair with the newspaper, and mostly...... I'll miss you kissing the top of my head and saying to me " you're my treasure." ( which I now have said every night for 4 years to my son Jacoby.) I love you Grandpa! So much! Thank you for the example of loving Truth. I know our souls will meet again.......Love, Si'Mone

Special greetings and our condolences to Lucy and all the family. It sounds like a beautiful end, but it was so sudden that it will take some time for you to process it. I was happy to see LD a few times on recent trips to Jamestown, and it seemed he was glad to be back where he "belonged". I hope you enjoy many happy memories and the comfort of our Father in heaven.

I'm sorry to hear about Leonard's passing. Every memory I have of him is either at meeting or laughing after! When I was younger he would tap his bible bag on my head and say he was pounding "the word" into my head! Apparently he was already aware of my need. I loved his sense of humor, that same sense of humor was passed down to his kids and grandkids! We will miss you Leonard!
