Betty McPherson

As a child, I have so many fond memories of Betty and the kindness she showed us at family reunions. She always greeted us with a warm smile and a kind word. I especially cherished the fun stories she shared about the old days, and the loving way she spoke as the devoted older sister to my father, David.

Betty was always kind to me. I loved hearing her many stories about their family. When we look at old photos I can see that they had many wonderful family experiences together such as travels, camping, swimming, and enjoying their time together as the kids grew up. She was a wonderful example of a loving and supportive mother and mother in law. I will miss her so!

It was a pleasure to meet Betty and care for her for a short time at SMP Ava Maria. Betty was so proud to share her life story with me and I am so blessed and grateful to have been able to care for Betty for that short time. The best reward ever!
