Victoria Mizell

Victoria Mizell, 47, Jamestown, ND died Saturday November 28, 2020 at her home in Jamestown.

Victoria was born January 18, 1973 at Illinois, the daughter of Frank Ybarra and Nancy (Burbank) Ybarra. She and attended school and grew to womanhood.

She married and later divorced. Victoria moved to Jamestown with her fiancé  Tom Collis where they have resided.

Victoria is survived by her parents, 2 children, Brittanie Barba, Jamestown, ND; Keith Fangohr, Temple, TX; 1 brother, Gabriel Ybarra, and 2 sisters, Hope and Panchita Ybarra, all of Temple, TX.
