Sorry to hear about Elmer\'s passing. One of the nicest guys in Gackle! Always enjoyed him and Doris while delivering for UPS.

Elmer was a kind man and a good county commissioner. He was always the first one to offer a friendly greeting before each and every meeting, and was focused on his work, concentrating on the right way to do each task, attempting to keep the best interests of our county and our people first and foremost. Our prayers for a peaceful rest for a good and faithful servant. Sympathies are extended to his wife, Doris along with his children, and their families.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Doris and family. I had the pleasure of working for Logan County while Elmer was Commissioner and enjoyed working for and with him.
