Obituary

Tammy Denise Mullins, 49, of Jamestown, passed on to her heavenly home on January 4th, 2022.

Tammy was born in Lufkin, TX, on November 18th, 1972. After growing up in Texas, Tammy made North Dakota her permanent home. Her life was characterized by an endless series of adventures. Though she was a free-spirit and rarely turned down an opportunity for excitement, her heart was always with her children and grandchildren. Tammy was an adoring mom and mimi—she loved her family fiercely. Among those she loved most was her mama. She was a mama’s girl through and through.

Tammy is survived by 2 beautiful daughters, Breanna Read and Kylie Dauenhauer, both of Jamestown, ND; 6 cherished grandchildren, Ciara, Alice, Leland, Addie, Emily, and Astoria, all of Jamestown, ND; mother, Juanita Mullins of Jamestown, ND; 5 sisters, Tonya (Jerone) Lafitte of Nacogdoches, TX; Linda Gail (Jerry) Caldwell of Nacogdoches, TX; Patricia (Benjamin) Turner, of Nacogdoches, TX; Tina (Byron) Schaack, Jamestown, ND; Carolyn Mullins of Nacogdoches, Texas; 2 brothers, Donnie Mullins of Jamestown, ND; Ronnie (Sue) Mullins of Carson, ND and many nieces and nephews.

Tammy is preceded in death by her father, L.C Mullins; brother, Delton Mullins, and sister, Lisa Keopplin.

Tammy most appreciated the small things in life. She loved Coca-Cola, listening to old country music and being surrounded by nature. Her talents shined most through singing and writing. She loved to sing country music and would often express herself and her heart through written words that will be forever cherished.

Tammy leaned on her faith when times were tough and believed fiercely in miracles and the power of prayer. She will be deeply missed.
“Don’t cry because it’s over. Smile because it happened.”

No funeral or memorial service is immediately planned. The family will notify loved ones in the future if a service is scheduled.
