Obituary

Lauryn Renae Hale, 33, of Jamestown, North Dakota, passed away on Sunday, October 5th, 2025.

She was born in Bismarck, ND. attended Jamestown Public Schools. At age 20 she welcomed her first son, Jaymeson and at 28 her second son Hendrix. Her boys were her entire world, and she strived every day to be the best mother she could be.

Lauryn had a special spark that could light up any room. Her laugh was infectious, and she always knew how to cheer anyone up.

She recently celebrated one year of sobriety on October 3rd, a milestone she was deeply proud of. Lauryn was grateful for everyone who supported her through her journey of recovery.

She enjoyed coloring, music, food, dancing, and napping.

She loved celebrating life, with her loved ones, being in her “football mom” era, and celebrating every milestone & accomplishment with her boys.

Lauryn is survived by her sons, Jaymeson and Hendrix; her husband, Maverick Carswell; her parents, Anthony and Julie Hale; her sisters, Caitlin (Jeffrey) Wilen and Allison Michel; her brothers, Landen Wood and Logan Joy. She is also survived by her mother-in-law, Jen (Nick) Quam; sisters-in-law; her many nieces and nephews; numerous aunts and uncles; and everyone who supported her along the way in her journey to sobriety.

Lauryn’s warmth, resilience, and love will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

May you RIP Lauryn. My thoughts and prayers for all of the family and friends, especially your momma who wasn't even mentioned. Leslee Ball was your biggest fan and she loved you more than life itselfs and you knew that, everyone who knows her knows that. You will be together again. We all love you Lauryn, until we meet again!!
