Lillian M Ward of Andover, MN passed away peacefully at home on Fri, Sept 12 at the age of 80.
Lillian was born on Dec 14, 1944 in ND and raised by Balzer and Martha Kleingartner. She attended a one room country school through 6th grade, then went to the Gackle High School. She married Dayton Ward on Aug 13 1961. They moved to the Twin Cities where she worked at the Mounds View School district.
Lil is survived by her daughters, Lonna (Jeff) Cosman; Julie (Craig) LaBelle; and Sue Ward. She was beloved “Grandma Little” to 7 grandkids & 9 great grandkids.
A celebration of life will be held at Lord of Life Church in Ramsey, MN on Tues, Sept 23. Visitation at 10am, Service at 11am.
Lil will be laid to rest at the Gackle Cemetery in Gackle, ND. PLEASE NOTE CHANGE-DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER THE SERVICE WILL BE MOVED INDOORS TO THE GACKLE LEGION HALL AT 11 AM WITH INURNMENT TO FOLLOW AT THE GACKLE CEMETERY.
