Bernard Thompson, 76, Jamestown, ND died Thursday, January 12, 2023 at Jamestown Regional Medical Center in Jamestown.
Bernie was born August 19, 1946 at Bismarck, ND the son of Bernard and Louise (Malling) Thompson. He grew up in Bismarck, attending Roosevelt Elementary, graduating from Bismarck High School in 1964.
He married Gloria Thorson, they made their home in Jamestown. He was a site tech at the ND State Hospital.
Bernie is survived by his son, Robert (Cindy), Jamestown; 3 step grandchildren, Jeremy, Jason and Kassie; and a special friend Theresa Cross.
He was preceded in death by his wife; parents; and 1 brother, Eugene.

I am sorry to have learned of Bernie’s passing. I got to know him through him being a good, longtime customer at Heller’s Barbershop. He was kind and so easy to talk to. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
