LaVerne Schelske

I met LaVerne when he worked at the State Hospital. You are correct! Laverne loved to talk! We had many good conversations! LaVerne was a kind and thoughtful person. I’m not surprised that he had a perfect score on his GED. He was very conscientious. My condolences to his family. I’m sure you have many wonderful memories to share.

I am so sorry for your loss. I remember coming to church and being greeted by both Mr and Mrs Schelske. Such beautiful smiles always were so welcoming! After I graduated college and moved away every time 8 came to church Mr Schelske would find me and ask how life was going. It made me feel so good that he still cares about me. Praying for you all.
