Gloria Mueller, 92, Jamestown, ND, died Monday June 12, 2023 at Eventide at Hi-Acres.
Gloria was born September 25, 1930 at Lincoln Valley, ND, the daughter of Fred G. and Bertha (Sprenger) Helm. She attended elementary school at Lincoln Valley and graduated from Anamoose High School in 1949.
She and Peter H. Mueller were married October 15, 1949 at Lincoln Valley, ND. They made their home at Lincoln Valley, Riverdale, Minot, Cando, and Devils Lake, ND. They moved to Jamestown in 1962 where she worked at Pamida until retiring in 1992. She entered Eventide in 2015 and has continued to live there.
Gloria loved to sing in the St. John’s Lutheran Choir for many years.
Gloria is survived by her children, Niles (Mayda) Mueller, Jamestown, ND; Bryan (Deborah) Mueller, Gravois Mills, MO; Cynthia (Bruce) Tyley, Westmont, IL; Kelli (Rex) Waddingham, Mandan, ND; JoAnn (Mike) Nehls, Groton, SD; 12 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 18 great-great grandchildren; and 1 brother, Milton Helm, Denhoff, ND.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband February 13, 2008, 1 daughter, Linda, 5 brothers, and 1 sister.
