Dave was/is a great example of a dedicated public servant. He was truly a "Peace Officer" when performing his duties as Stutsman County Sherriff. Not only was he a dedicated Combat Veteran on the Battlefield, so too did he remain a leader of the Community back home. Jamestown, Stutsman County, and the State of North Dakota will miss our Patriot Dave Orr. God Bless the family of Dave Orr and thank you for sharing him with us! RIP Comrade.....
