Obituary

 

Glenn A. Larson passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2023, at the age of 66 at the Jamestown Regional Medical Center.

He was born on January 21, 1957, to Wilbur and Frieda (Kern) Larson in Gackle, ND.

Glenn was always passionate about understanding how things work. He enjoyed his time spent working as a jeweler repairing watches and clocks. He also spent years as an electrician, repairing computers, televisions, VCRs, and more. During his free time, he loved fishing.

Glenn is survived by his children, Jordan (Betsy) Larson and their children (Isaiah, Eliza, and Jeremiah), and Nicole Larson and her children (Hunter and Hudson). His siblings, Lu (Dave) Cysewski, JoAnn Larson Schwartz, and Lloyd Larson, and his mother, Frieda Larson, who continues to reside in Jamestown, and countless other relatives.

Glenn was preceded in death by his father, Wilbur Larson.

May he rest in peace, surrounded by the love of those who went before him.

 

A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, December 29, 2023 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Jamestown.

He was easy to talk to, great guitar player, Lisa & I would sing. He also he done watch repair. He once found an older watch that he restored for me. So sorry for your loss.

I am thinking of all of you right now and how much Glenn was loved by everyone. He was a sweet man and I'm glad that I have so many great memories of him playing music, fishing and just laughing. The whole family is in my prayers and I wish I could be there with all of you. Rest in peace Glenn. Love, Jill Gilbertson

He was funny always trying to keep his brother Lloyd out of trouble Glenn never told me how hard at times.This is Renee, Lloyd's fiance We will not be the same without you RIP 😉
