Edna Deloris Anderson, 79, Jamestown, ND passed away quietly with her family on Sunday morning January 22, 2006 at the Jamestown Hospital in Jamestown, ND.

Edna Eberhardt was born August 24, 1926 in Alfred, ND, the daughter of Jacob Eberhardt and Elizabeth (Stiehr) Eberhardt. She attended LaMoure County and Deer Lake Township Schools.

She and Edward Anderson were married August 4, 1944. They made their home on a farm near Windsor, ND where they farmed until 1968 when they moved into Jamestown. Edna worked as a waitress at the Parkway Café while studying and earning her high school diploma. She had a 20 years career as a patient aid at the ND State Hospital. Following the death of her husband May 30, 1989 she continued to reside in Jamestown.
She and Clarence Henne were married November 27, 1992. They made their home in Jamestown where she loved coffee at the Pantry with her friend and playing cards with family and friends.

She was a member of the St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Jamestown.

She is survived by her husband, Clarence Henne, Jamestown, ND, 3 sons, Gary (Cheryl) Anderson, Jamestown, ND, Gordon (Deborah) Anderson, Bismarck, ND, Gerald (Andy) Anderson, Fargo, ND, 1 daughter, Gail (Kurt) Kubik, Montrose, CO; 11 grandchildren, Troy Anderson, Angela (John) Maxon, Sarah (Bryan) Yantzer, Dustin Anderson, Kellie (Tony) Von Bank, Lisa, Eric, Aubrie, and Spencer Anderson, Rachel and Liza Kubik; 7 great grandchildren, Ashlee, Paige Maxson, Tyler Yantzer, Alex, Eleena and Nicholas Von Bank and Kadence Anderson; 7 step children, LaVerne Henne, Aberdeen, SD, Arnold (Dee) Henne, Batavia, IL, Lester (Bobbie) Henne, Glendive, MT, Sandra (Frank) Kaufman, Ormond Beach, FL, Duane (Mae) Henne, Laramie, WY, Hubert Henne, Wahpeton, ND, Randy (Angie) Henne, Montpelier, ND, and a number of step grandchildren, and great grandchildren, 2 sisters, Viola Stickel, Portage, MI, Donna (Henry) Bitz, Port Orchard, WA, 2 brothers, Raymond Eberhardt, Jamestown, ND, and Donald Eberhardt, Bullhead City, AZ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, 2 brothers, and 1 sister.

The funeral service will be at 10:30 A.M. Tuesday January 24, 2006 at the St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Jamestown, ND, with Rev. Gary Ball-Killbourne, pastor officiating.

The interment will be made in the Highland Home Cemetery, Jamestown, ND.

Prayer service - 7:00 P.M. Monday @ the funeral home
