Roberta Lee Brown, 66, Jamestown, ND died Sunday evening, April 21, 2024 at her home in Jamestown.
Roberta was born August 3, 1957 at Gackle, ND, the daughter of Robert and Beverly (Grindberg) Thorson. She grew up in Jud.
Roberta moved to Jamestown where she worked at Western Gear for many years until her retirement.
She is survived by her daughter Jessica (Brent) Wilkinson, Jamestown, ND; 2 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; 2 sisters and 2 brothers, Pam (Wayne) Pfaff, Jud, ND, Kenya (Jeffrey) Shannon, Jamestown, ND, Leonard Thorson, TX, Daniel (Darcy) Thorson, Jamestown, ND.
Roberta was preceded in death by her parents and 2 sisters, Gloria and Barbara.

I’m Mary, one of Berta’s 1st cousins from Mpls. The first thing that came to mind was her laugh. She had a great laugh. And, her face lit up as well. Our families, hers and the Matzke’s, spent alot of time together in Jud when growing up. They’re poignant fond memories. I send my love 💕to all of her family.
