Obituary
Margaret Guthmiller, 95, Medina, ND died early Tuesday morning August 8, 2006 in the Golden Manor in Steele, ND.
Margaret Guthmiller was born April 23, 1911 at the family farm home SW of Medina, ND, the daughter of Friedrich Guthmiller and Katharina (Dockter) Guthmiller. She attended the Newbury Township rural school and grew to womanhood in the vicinity where she helped on the family farm 8 ½ miles SW of Medina. She continued to reside on the farm until she moved into Medina.
A special thank you goes out to Julie Opp and Bill Well for helping to allow Margaret the ability to stay an additional year in her own home in Medina.
She was a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church and the English Lutheran Church in Medina, ND.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews including Sharon (Ron) Otto, Mandan, ND and Joyce (Thomas) Walker, Bismarck, ND.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 6 brothers and 9 sisters she was the last surviving member of her family.
The funeral service will be at 10:30 AM Friday August 11, 2006 in the English Lutheran Church in Medina, ND with Rev. Annette Crinkenberg, officiating.
Interment - St. Peters Lutheran Cemetery, SW of Medina, ND.
Visitation - 1-8 Thursday at the funeral home
