Lloyd Schaffer, 73, Jamestown, ND formerly of the Gackle ND community died early Thursday morning September 28, 2006 at the Veteran's Medical Center in Fargo, North Dakota after a short battle with cancer
There will be a Private Family graveside service at a later date in the Gackle City Cemetery at Gackle, ND

To the family of Lloyd Schaffer: We are sorry to hear of your loss. I believe Lloyd was my cousin. The Obit did not say a lot about family. It is too bad that we only tour this world once in our lifetime. I'm sad that I never really knew him and now he is gone. I remember his Mother and Father and sometimes we would visit them. But Lloyd was older and out of the house. I will say a prayer for him and his family.Sincerly Jan
