Obituary
Eileen Silzle, 72, Jamestown, ND died Saturday July 10, 2010 at the Ave Marie Village in Jamestown, ND.
Eileen was born November 8, 1937 at Steele, ND the daughter of Jacob Silzle and Amelia (Roemmich) Silzle. She attended school in Tappen, ND before graduating from the Medina High School.
Eileen worked a variety of jobs in Jamestown before moving to Arkansas. She returned to Jamestown where she worked at the North Dakota State Hospital with women who had suffered abuse as children or as adults.
She was an active member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, attending adult Sunday school, Bible Study and Sunday evening services.
Surviving are 4 aunts, Edna Sheets, Jamestown, ND, Erna Martin, Tappen, ND, Miriam Roemmich, Edmonton Alberta, Canada, Phyllis Roemmich, Bismarck, ND, and many cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
The funeral service will be at 10:30 A.M. Thursday July 15, 2010 at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Jamestown, ND, with Pastor David Bambas, officiating.
The interment will be made in the Sunset Memorial Gardens at Jamestown, ND.
The prayer service will be at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday @ the funeral home.
Visitation - Wednesday 9-8 at the Funeral Home.
