Alzina Kauk, 88, Wishek, ND died early Monday morning December 20, 2010 at the Wishek Home for the Aged in Wishek, ND.
Alzina Yancey was born October 26, 1922 at Blackfoot, ID, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Yancey. She attended the local school and graduated from Blackfoot High School. She moved to San Francisco, CA where she worked in the #3 Shipyard as a time keeper for many years.
She and Albert Kauk were married at Reno, NV. They made their home at Richman, CA where she worked for the Mary Ellen Jam Company. In 1966 they moved to Streeter, ND where they have resided.
Alzina loved to make different candies, pies, and cookies. She enjoyed canning foods.
She is survived by her husband, Albert, Streeter, ND; 2 sons, Scott Schue, CA; Terry Poling, TX; several grandchildren, 1 brother and 2 sisters.
The graveside service will be at 1:00 P.M. Thursday December 23, 2010 at the North Dakota Veteran's Cemetery at Mandan, ND with Pastor Bryce Tahran, officiating.
