Obituary
Teresa Borth, 84, Jamestown, ND died Monday December 27, 2010 at the St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck, ND.
Teresa Palmer was born August 11, 1926 at Courtenay, ND the daughter of William F. Palmer and Mary (Lentz) Palmer. She received her elementary education in the local Corinne School and graduated from Courtney High School in 1944. In the fall she taught in a rural 1 room school for 4 years.
She married Kenneth Roaldson and later divorced.
She married M.E. Borth in 1964 and continued to live in Wimbledon and farmed, M.E. Died June 3, 1981. After the death of her husband she continued to reside in Wimbledon, ND.
She managed the Korner Inn Café for 1 ½ Years. She served on the Prairie View Cemetery Board for 32 years; City Council for 12 and was head cook at Wimbledon Courtney School for 25 years.
She was a member of St. Pauls Lutheran Church in Wimbledon, ND. She enjoyed her family, gardening, cooking, baking, traveling, visiting and playing cards and watching the Minnesota Twins.
She is survived by 5 sons, Quentin (Claudia) Roaldson, Memphis, TN; Gerald (Marilyn) Roaldson, Gackle, ND; Tony (Linda) Roaldson, Wimbledon, ND; Todd (Jill) Borth, Finley, ND; Wade (Lynette) Borth, Fargo, ND; 1 daughter, Doreen (Carlos) Borth-Ramsey, Dewey, AZ; 1 daughter-in-law, Marsha Roaldson, Fergus Falls, MN; 14 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Mary Palmer, Fargo, ND and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 sons, Robert and Gary; 4 Brothers, Norbert, Carl, John, William, and 3 sisters, Margaret, Bernice and Roseanne.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Monday January 3, 2011 in St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Wimbledon, ND with Rev. Robert Hill, pastor officiating.
The interment will be made in the Prairie View Cemetery, Wimbledon, ND.
Visitation: 9-5 Saturday and 1-8 Sunday at the funeral home in Jamestown, ND.
