Obituary

Ronald Glodrey, 59 Gackle, ND died Thursday morning July 7, 2011 at the Med Center One Hospital in Bismarck, ND.

Ron Glodrey was born September 18, 1951 at Jamestown, ND the son of Ray Glodrey and Donna (Messenberg) Glodrey. Received his elementary education and graduated from Jamestown High School in 1969. He worked for Curtis Electric in Jamestown in 1970.

He and Lynne Hockert were married June 22, 1974 in Jamestown, ND they made their home in Jamestown where he worked at Curtis Electric until moving to Bismarck where he was a journeyman electrician until 1986 when he bought out Gackle Electric in Gackle, ND and was a master electrician. He retired due to disability in 2000 and continued to reside in Gackle.

He is survived by his wife, Lynne Glodrey, Gackle, ND; 1 son, Eric (Jessica) Glodrey, Aberdeen, SD; 1 daughter, Alisa (Wilson) Muse, Tarboro, NC; 2 grandchildren, Morgan and Logan Glodrey; his mother, Donna Glodrey, Jamestown, ND;1 brother, Jeff Glodrey, Streeter, ND and a special friend, George Elhard, Gackle, ND.

He was preceded in death by his father.

The memorial service will be at 1:00 pm Monday July 11, 2011 at the Haut Funeral Chapel in Jamestown, ND with Rev. Tim Blackman, officiating.

The interment will be at the Gackle Cemetery in Gackle, ND.
