Mytra (Lois Walker) Bond, 79, died Saturday October 1, 2011 at the Scottsdale Health Care Center in Scottsdale, AZ.
Lois was born November 18, 1931 in Nogosek Township near Courtenay, ND, the daughter of Floyd Walker and Leiva (Bond) Walker. She attended school at Courtenay and grew to womanhood in the vicinity.
She worked as an alternative energy consultant for 30 years. She resided in Pueblo, CO until moving to Scottsdale, AZ.
She is survived by 1 daughter, Susan Vashak and Steven Mueller, both of Lyon, MI; 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 2 sisters, Pat Darby, Apahce Junction, AZ; Joann (Myron) Lenning, Dalton, MN, and 1 brother, Randy (Anne) Walker, Jamestown, ND.
She was preceded is death by her parents, Floyd and Levina Walker; 2 brothers, Durward and Larry Walker, and great grandparents, John and Ruth Bond.
The grave side service will be at 2:00 P.M. Sunday October 16, 2011 at the Highland Home Cemetery at Jamestown, ND.
