Patricia Broadhead, 68, Jamestown, ND died Saturday afternoon March 31, 2012 at her home in Jamestown, ND.
Patricia Evans was born March 17, 1944 in Durham, England, the daughter of Sydney Evans and Mary Evans. She received her education at St. Brandons, Clevedon, England.
She and Alan Broadhead were married December 18, 1965 in London, England. In 1971, they came to the United States; she attended Southern Connecticut State University where she received a Degree in English.
In 1990, they came to Jamestown, ND; she attended Jamestown College where she received a Nursing Degree. She was employed at the North Dakota State Hospital as a Registered Nurse for several years. Due to ill health, she retired and has continued to reside in Jamestown.
She is a member of the Grace Episcopal Church in Jamestown, ND and traveled with her husband in a joint ministry at parishes in North Dakota
Surviving are her husband Alan, Jamestown, ND; her children, Andrew (Shannon) Broadhead, Lansdale, PA; Mary (Chris) Beer, Austin, TX; William (Yumna) Broadhead, Boston, MA; three grandchildren, one brother Hugh (Caroline) Evans, Shepperton, England;
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Giles.
A private family service will take place at a later date in the Chapel of the Resurrection at Gethsemane Cathedral in Fargo, ND.
Inurnment will take place in the Gethsemane Cathedral Columbarium at Fargo
