Gottlieb Dockter

Gottlieb was truly an icon in the community. I loved to hear him tell stories in German when we visited as a kid. Also when we built the pole barn. The day went fast when he was in the crowd. I think his zest for life came out in every story he told.

So sorry to hear of the passing of your father, our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time. Velma, we wanted to thank you once again, for all the support you gave us, when Mom (Evalyne Bischoff) had to move from James House to Rock of Ages,and you were correct by taking her yourself instead of family, worked out just great. We sure did appreciate what you did for our family.
