Obituary
Troy F. Buck, 65, Streeter, ND died Monday September 23, 2013 at the Jamestown Regional Medical Center.
Troy was born October 18, 1947 at Jamestown, ND, the son of Benjamin and Arlene (Jostad) Buck. He attended Streeter Public School and graduated from Streeter High School in 1966.
He was inducted into the United States Army June 12, 1967. He served in Vietnam and was discharged at Fort Hood, TX June 11, 1969 with the rank of SP-4. He returned to Streeter.
Troy resided in Streeter where he worked at various jobs around Streeter.
He is survived by his daughter, Nickole (Jack) Dahl, Dickinson, ND.
Graveside service - 10:00 A.M. Monday September 30, 2013 at the North Dakota Veteran's Cemetery, Mandan, ND.

Uncle Troy was a good man, who after many years of struggles had seemed to reach an inner peace. I thank him for his service to this country, he was a hero in his own right. He is finally at peace and joined in Heaven with his family Grandpa Benjamin, Grandma Arlene and my dad Terry Buck. Till we all meet again. Laura (Buck) Helm

I'm so sorry to hear of Troy's passing. He was a classmate of mine and I understand that he had some difficulties during his time. That makes me sad. He was a good kid, an admirable veteran and, I have no doubt, a good man. I send my sincere condolences to his family. Lynn
