Obituary

Garry Schauer, 65, Jamestown, ND died Wednesday September 25, 2013 at his home in Jamestown, ND under the care of Hospice.

Garry Schauer was born February 11, 1948 at Streeter, ND, the son of Walter Schauer and Maria (Jundt) Schauer. He received his education at the Streeter Public School.

He entered the US Army January 17, 1967 at Fargo, ND and served in Vietnam. He was honorably discharged from the military January 16, 1970 at Fort Brag, NC with the rank of PVT E-1.

He returned to Jamestown, ND and started GS Construction and worked until his retirement. Following his retirement, he continued to reside in Jamestown.

He is survived by 6 sisters and 2 brothers, Lilla Mae Feigert, Jamestown, ND; Marvin (Violet) Schauer, Jamestown, ND; Stanley (June) Schauer, Fessenden, ND; Oley (Jim) Krenz, Jamestown, ND; Delphine (Gilbert) Benson, Jamestown, ND; Inez Borth, Conzad, NE; Ruth (John) Black, Prairie Grove, AR; Annette Anderson, Beresford, SD.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 sisters, Bardella, Darlene, Jeanette, and 2 brothers, Kenny and Milo.

Memorial service will be at 1:30 PM Saturday September 28, 2013 at the Haut Funeral Chapel in Jamestown, ND with Pastor Bryce Tahran, officiating.

The interment will be made in the Sunset Memorial Gardens in Jamestown, ND.

Following the graveside service a lunch will be served at Garry's residence: 656 41st St. NW, Jamestown, ND. 1 mile North of the Fair Grounds.

Rhonda I here you. At one of our local bigger real esttae companies almost all of the bios are the same and they really advertise the company and not the agent. The general public doesn't get that real esttae companies don't buy or sell property, the agents do.
