Obituary

Terry Lee Fisher, 64, Jamestown, ND died Thursday January 30, 2025, at the Jamestown Regional Medical Center.

Terry was born May 4, 1960, at Jamestown, the son of Clark and Jeanette (Hopkins) Fisher. He attended Jamestown Public School and graduated from Jamestown High School in 1978.

Terry and Mary Knoll were married July 30, 1988, at Jamestown. He worked at Mac’s Hardware, Holiday Gas Station, M&H Gas Station and Western Protection. Following the death of his wife January 25, 1996, he continued to live in Jamestown. He started working at Newman Sign’s where he retired after working for 25 years. Terry liked collecting toy cars and tractor and riding his ‘Bike’.

Terry is survived by his significant other, Lori Bentz, 2 brothers, Kelvin Fisher Fargo, ND and Darrin (Raylene) Fisher, Oakes, ND; nephew, Scotti Parrow and niece, Natalie Parrow and several other family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Mary, and sister Mary Jean Fisher as an infant.

I got to know Terry when I moved to Jamestown! He was a great friend always funny! We both collected toys and would see each other at toy shows! Terry and Lori were out neighbors for awhile in Jamestown! He enjoyed riding his Scooter with his leathers on! Great all around guy! Rest easy my friend till we meet again,Fly High Toy Man!

We didn’t see each other very often, but Terry was always upbeat and humble. He always had a good word. The years went by too fast. He will be missed.
