My deepest sympathies and condolences to Terry's family. I met him over 30 years ago. He always seemed upbeat and optimistic about his future and seemed to care deeply about those who were important to him. I had seen him on a monthly basis this year and he was still quick to laugh and to say something funny, but I could tell he was become weaker as the weeks went by. He was a very nice man who seemed to take a genuine interest in others. He always made sure that I gave him a hymnal so he could sing along during the chapel service.
