Rickey Finck

Rickey Jean Finck, 72, Jamestown, ND died Wednesday June 21, 2023 at the Jamestown Regional Medical Center.

Rick was born July 1, 1950 at Gackle, ND, the son of Paul and Freda (Kienzle) Finck. He attended school at Lehr and graduated from Lehr High School in 1968. He attended the ND State School of Science at Wahpeton and received his associated degree as a machinist.

He entered the US Army October 13, 1970. He served in the 73d Transportation Co at Fort Eustis, VA and was Honorably discharged April 16, 1972 with the rank of SP4

He and Margie Zimmerman were married. They made their home in Jamestown where he worked for a local farmer.

He and Loretta Williamson were married December 12, 2003 at Jamestown. He continued to work at the farm until going to work at Butler CAT where he did equipment prep. In 2015 he retired.

Rick was a member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Loretta, Jamestown, ND; 3 children, Nicky Finck, Jamestown, ND; Chad Finck, Mandan, ND; Torrey (Amanda) Finck, Jamestown, ND; 2 step children, Daryl Williamson and Riley (Carolyn) Triepke, both of Jamestown, ND; 7 grandchildren, and 1 sister, Bonnie Dewald, Wishek, ND.

Rick was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
