Dustin Louis Vaughn, 37, Edgeley, ND was called home to the Lord on Thursday May 20, 2021.

Dustin was born February 1, 1984 in Monterey, TN, the son of Bonnie Phillips and Russell Lee Vaughn.  In 2000 they moved to Forbes, ND and attended school at Kulm, ND and Kulm High School.

He was living in Edgeley at the time of his death. Dustin was full of life and had a heart of gold. He loved everyone. Dustin had a gentle kind soul who loved to make people laugh. Dustin had an infectious smile and will be missed by numerous friends and family.

Dustin is survived by his son, Kaden Rue, Bismarck, ND; mother, Bonnie (Jeff Ost) Phillips, Nortonville, ND; nieces, Alexxis Anderson, Nortonville, ND, Dakota Martinson, and Destiny Martinson, both of Lacona, IA; nephews, Brody Anderson, Nortonville, ND,  Dillion Martinson, Aberdeen, SD, Jace Mayrler, Monterey, TN; and 1 brother, Russell Lee Vaughn, Nashville, TN.

He was preceded in death by his father, his sister, Victoria Anderson, his grandparents and his uncle Timmy Phillips.

I remember us in drug court n Clark said u had tow urs to live n gave u ten months no said I'll revoke myself u came beside me n said K didn't even know u could do that wish I woulda said that shit lol always made me smile nnu r always remembered xoxo
