Charlene Rose Erickson (Slind) passed away on May 19, 2025, at St. Raphael Care Facility in Valley City North Dakota due to a short battle with cancer.

Charlene was born to Reuben and Mavis Slind on January 24th, 1951, in Minot North Dakota, one of six children. Charlene graduated from Jamestown High School in 1969 and worked various jobs in North Dakota.

Charlene was a giving person who loved her cat, Terri. Charlene enjoyed shopping for bargains at Walmart to give the items she purchased to friends and family.

Charlene is survived by her mother Mavis Slind, Jamestown North Dakota; her sisters Marilyn Wells (Robin) Houston, Texas, Donna Kaiser (Dave) Jamestown North Dakota, Renee Lee, Park River North Dakota; brothers Warren Slind (Tamie) Jamestown and Donald Slind, Jamestown North Dakota along with 10 Nieces and Nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father Reuben and her Cat Terri.

Funeral Service- 11:00 AM Friday, May 23, 2025, at Haut Funeral Home in Jamestown, ND with a visitation 1 hour prior.

Interment- Highland Home Cemetery, Jamestown, ND.
